Snacks

IDEALLY, a SNACK should consist of a Protein, Vegetable and Fruit.

 Protein:

            2 TBSP Natural, Raw Almond or Peanut Butter

            1 oz. Raw Almonds (20 – 25)

            1 oz. Raw Walnuts

            1 oz. Raw Pecans

            1 oz. Raw Pumpkin Seeds

            1 oz. Raw macadamia nuts

            1 oz. Raw Sunflower Seeds

            2 hard Boiled Eggs

            2 oz. Sliced Turkey Breast or Chicken Breast

            1 Chicken Sausage

Vegetable Choices: 

            Celery Sticks

            6-7 Baby Carrots

            ½ Red, Yellow, or Green Pepper

            1 cup Broccoli or Cauliflower

            1 Sliced Tomato

Fruit Choices:

            1 Green Apple

            1 Pear

            1 cup berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
